Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts submitted to ICARD -2025 should be the original work of the researcher and should not have been published or under consideration elsewhere.
- The submitted abstract should be between 200-250 words with 4-5 keywords.
- Abstracts must be submitted via mail to icard@biitm.ac.in
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- The maximum length of the paper is 5to 6 pages (including title page and all figures, tables, appendices, and references) and limited to 4000 words.
- Paper must follow a definite structure (Abstract, Introduction, Literature review /research framework, Methodology / Approach, Findings / Results, Conclusion / Implications / Recommendations, Acknowledgements (when appropriate) and References.
- Reference Style is Chicago and number the pages in the document.
- Submitted papers must NOT have been previously presented, scheduled for presentation, published, or accepted for publication by any other source (journal, publisher or any other organization).
- NO changes in the paper title, abstract, authorship, or submitted document can occur AFTER the submission deadline.
- All submissions will go through a review process.
- Full papers must be submitted via mail to icard@biitm.ac.in
- Participants must register prior to the registration deadline in order to present their papers.
- The originality of the paper must be below 10% plagiarism
